At Avamere at Newberg assisted living, we celebrated the Olympic spirit in the most meaningful way together. Residents painted their own torches, then joined together to watch the opening ceremony.
The room filled with laughter, stories, and that unmistakable spark of connection. We continued the celebration with an Olympic-themed happy hour. It wasn’t about medals or competition, but about honoring strength, creativity, and joy at every stage of life.
